🦃 🍁 Let's talk Thanksgiving turkey! This spiced version is sure to wow your guests with its surprisingly moist texture and punch of bold flavor.
1. Combine these ingredients in a large stock pot to create the brine:
• 1 bottle white wine
• 2 c. water
• 2 oranges, juiced and zested
• 8 cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 c. salt
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove it from heat and set it aside to cool.
3. Submerge an 8–10 lb. turkey breast in the brine and refrigerate it for a minimum of 24 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the turkey from the brine and rinse it in cool water.
5. Place the turkey in a rack-lined roasting pan, pour 1 c. turkey stock in the bottom of the pan, and roast it for 1–1.5 hours or until cooked completely.
6. Let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving. Strain the pan juices and serve them with the turkey. Enjoy!

Did you know that September is National Honey Month? Here’s a great recipe to try!
Ingredients:
• 4 packages biscuit dough
• 2 c. light or dark brown sugar
• 1½ c. butter, melted
• 2 tbsp. honey
• ½ c. cinnamon sugar mixture
• Walnuts, if desired
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters, and then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Layer the pieces into the greased pan, making sure they are evenly distributed.
3. In a saucepan, melt together the brown sugar, butter, and honey. Continue to stir until a slightly runny glaze forms, and quickly pour over the biscuit pieces.
4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes. Carefully place a large plate or serving tray over the pan, and flip over the Bundt pan. Pull the pan away from the bread ring carefully, avoiding the hot glaze. Top with walnuts, if desired.

Instructions:
1. Place the peaches, honey, and ¼ cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl, stir in the vanilla, and let cool completely.

• 1 egg

• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley or thyme
• (1) 8-ounce goat cheese log
• Olive oil, for frying
• 1 cup balsamic vinegar
• 12 premade slider patties
• 1 cup raspberries, smashed
• 12 slider-sized buns
Instructions:
1. Line up three small bowls for dredging. In the first bowl, gently whisk an egg. In another bowl, add in the flour, and in the last bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, and parsley or thyme.
2. Remove the goat cheese log from the fridge, and cut into 1-inch discs. Add about 2 inches of oil to a sauté pan, and bring to medium-high heat.
3. Bread the goat cheese by coating each piece in flour, then egg, and, flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs. Place gently into the sauté pan, and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan, and place on a paper towel to dry some of the grease.
4. In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil, and reduce until thickened.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; combine with the cherry mixture.

• 3 tbsp brown sugar

1. Using an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, cream brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and granulated sugar together until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Add dry ingredients to the mixer slowly, until blended.
3. Add in eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla, increase the mixer speed slightly, and beat until batter is smooth.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake c.. Fill c. ¾ of the way full with batter. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked completely. Check doneness with a toothpick, insert the toothpick into the center of the cupcake, and remove. If the toothpick is clean the cupcakes are done. Let cool for 30 minutes before frosting.

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment.
2. Spread the puff pastry on a floured work surface. Place the cheese on a small cutting board, and spread the jam and honey over the top of it. Sprinkle the thyme over it, and dot with butter.
3. Using a large spatula, transfer the cheese to just inside the edge of the puff pastry. Add the dates and half the almonds to the top of the cheese, then wrap the pastry over the wheel. The blanket of pastry should cover all the cheese. Pinch the seams to create a tight fit, then transfer the pastry over to the prepared baking pan.
4. Create a pattern of incisions on top, so steam can escape. Brush the pastry with egg wash, then add the remaining almonds on top of the pastry, and bake for about 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
5. Let rest 5-10 minutes, then serve hot with crackers, bread, or apple slices.
